ON OR OFF-SITE CONTRACT STAFFING
We will take the lead managing all hires, either on-site or off. A successful search process involves a multi-pronged approach to recruiting:
- Identify target companies
- Post to popular job sites, related technology sites, universities.
- Use network of contacts from database and other sources to generate leads and potential candidates.
Once candidate is identified:
- Preliminary screen, gather all necessary data to qualify the fit including comp, expectations, experience, goals.
- Provide Hiring Manager with short summary to submit with the resume.
- Help coordinate interview, if needed.
- Follow up with candidate after interviews.
- Participate in salary negotiations and close.
Interaction with Hiring Managers:
- Collaborate with Hiring Manager to develop a clear, attractive job description.
- Participate in interview team debrief after interviewing candidates.
- Maintain information flow and communication between company and candidates to keep the search moving forward.
- Provide reference checks.
Process:
- Build database and organize files of resumes according to job/discipline for future searches.
- Provide progress reports periodically.
- Engage team in strategizing for new target companies, or crossover technologies, or suggestions for moving forward if things bog down.
- Participate in decision discussions if more than one candidate is being considered.
- Suggest modifications to internal interview process to ensure successful outcome.
